  • Partner with Store Managers, District Managers, and field leadership to resolve maintenance,

cleanliness, safety, and store environment concerns.

  • Identify recurring maintenance issues that impact store teams and partner on solutions that

reduce disruption and improve the work environment.

  • Educate and train field leaders and store teams on maintenance processes, cleaning

expectations, escalation paths, tools, and best practices to support consistent execution.

  • Maintain maintenance data, reporting, and Excel-based trackers to identify trends, prioritize

support, and provide clear visibility to leadership.

  • Work within store maintenance platforms and programs, including Fexa, to monitor work

orders, escalations, vendor execution, and completion status.

  • Participate in recurring meetings with home office maintenance partners and third-party

vendors to escalate, track, and resolve outstanding maintenance issues.

  • Solicit feedback from stores and field leaders to identify opportunities to simplify tools, improve

communication, and strengthen the associate and customer experience.

  • Support field communications through Store Connect, email, and other channels to provide

clear direction, maintenance updates, process changes, and action steps.

  • Ensure maintenance activities adhere to VS&Co standards, safety expectations, and associate

and customer experience requirements.

  • Provide visibility and escalation support during evenings or weekends when urgent maintenance

issues arise.
