Job Description:
Procurement Professional with strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement with broad knowledge of project management. This role manages complex procurements, projects and processes that can be inside or outside of their immediate job area. Typically, responsible for managing multiple Government procurements in support of multiple Government Programs. Explains, interprets, communicates and achieves cooperation on policies, procedures and practices with internal and external customers. Typically provides guidance and assistance to other employees. This position requires following established procedures and policies to perform assigned tasks. Requires use and/or application of supply chain/procurement principles, theories, and concepts learned from prior experiences with the analysis of the issues. Work is performed with general oversight.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $79,500.00 - $147,500.00. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $91,500.00 - $170,500.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
