Senior Specialist - UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite Per Week)
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Pay Rate: $65-$90/hour W2 (Depending on Experience)
Russell Tobin is partnering with a nationally recognized premium coffee and consumer products organization to hire a Senior Specialist - UKG Workforce Management (WFM).
This is a unique contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced UKG professional to support a complex enterprise workforce management environment. The selected candidate will serve as a key technical resource, helping to configure, optimize, and support UKG Workforce Management solutions across a large and dynamic business.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in UKG technical configuration, Advanced Scheduling, and workforce management best practices, along with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
