Duration: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $65-$90/hour W2 (Depending on Experience)

Russell Tobin is partnering with a nationally recognized premium coffee and consumer products organization to hire a Senior Specialist - UKG Workforce Management (WFM).

This is a unique contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced UKG professional to support a complex enterprise workforce management environment. The selected candidate will serve as a key technical resource, helping to configure, optimize, and support UKG Workforce Management solutions across a large and dynamic business.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in UKG technical configuration, Advanced Scheduling, and workforce management best practices, along with the ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG Workforce Management (WFM).
• Configure and maintain UKG Workforce Management solutions, including Advanced Scheduling functionality.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical configurations and system enhancements.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, operations, and IT teams to support workforce management initiatives.
• Support a "clone and convey" approach to workforce management configuration and business process alignment.
• Analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot complex workforce management issues and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, business processes, and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) experience.
• Advanced expertise in UKG technical configuration and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling.
• Experience supporting large-scale workforce management environments.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, food & beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, or consumer products organizations.
• Familiarity with highly customized or legacy UKG environments.
• Previous experience with workforce management transformation, migration, or replication initiatives.
• Exposure to complex scheduling environments involving large hourly workforces.
