
About the Position
The Senior Specialized Program Analyst plays a key role in strengthening Lane County’s behavioral health system through community partnership, coordination, and oversight of contracted services.
Working within the Behavioral Health Division, this position serves as a connector across the system—collaborating with behavioral health providers, consumer-led organizations, and human service partners to support a responsive, high-quality continuum of care. The role also partners closely with the Health & Human Services Contracts Team, providing behavioral health subject matter expertise to support effective contract development, monitoring, and compliance.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the complexity of behavioral health systems and is motivated to improve outcomes through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate is a proactive, self-directed professional who can navigate both independent work and team-based environments with ease. They bring strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders.

About the Division
Lane County Behavioral Health provides services to more than 1,600 individuals with behavioral health conditions. We work with community partners to provide a continuum of care from prevention through treatment and aftercare in an environment that promotes a culture of resilience and recovery.

Education & Experience:
Eight years of education and/or experience in public policy, business administration, or a field related to the specified program area; or a combination sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
