Performs tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, removing debris, and ensuring pathways and common areas are clean and safe. Helps prepare fields for practices, walkthroughs, and special events, including field painting and layout. Supports irrigation operation, troubleshooting, and repairs, while monitoring turf health and identifying wear, stress, or pest issues. Assists with cultural practices such as aerification, topdressing, overseeding, and fertilization. Assists with the operation and maintenance of groundskeeping equipment and tools. Helps implement landscaping plans and seasonal maintenance schedules to enhance the appearance and health of the grounds.
