Job Profile : Senior SQL Database Programmer / ETL & Enterprise Data Integration Specialist
Location: St louis, MO ( local candidates Only)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Database Programmer with deep expertise in SQL development, ETL architecture, enterprise data integration, and business reporting. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise data pipelines that consolidate information from multiple ERP and business applications into a centralized reporting environment.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience developing complex SQL solutions, building scalable ETL processes, transforming legacy reporting environments into modern data models, and delivering analytics that support Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with enterprise data platforms is strongly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
SQL Development
* Design, develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database objects.
* Write highly optimized SQL capable of processing large enterprise datasets.
* Perform SQL performance tuning using execution plans, indexing strategies, partitioning, and query optimization.
* Develop reusable database components and data access layers.
Enterprise ETL Development
Design, build, and maintain enterprise ETL processes that:
* Extract data from multiple ERP systems
* Transform business data into standardized enterprise models
* Cleanse and validate incoming datasets
* Handle incremental and full data loads
* Automate data integration workflows
* Monitor ETL performance and resolve failures
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, MIS, or related field.
* 7 10+ years of experience in SQL development and enterprise database programming.
* 5+ years of ETL design and development experience.
* 5+ years integrating data from multiple ERP systems.
* Experience building enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
* Proven experience optimizing complex SQL queries handling millions of records.
* Experience designing enterprise data warehouses and dimensional models.
