Seeking an experienced Senior SSIS/SSAS Data Warehouse Developer to support enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing backend data processes that power enterprise Power BI dashboards while developing scalable ETL and analytical solutions using Microsoft SQL Server technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server 20192022, Microsoft .NET, and enterprise data warehouse development. Experience with the Ed-Fi Data Standard and Educator Preparation Data Model (EPDM) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SSIS ETL packages.

• Design, develop, and support SSAS cubes and tabular models.

• Maintain backend data warehouse processes supporting Power BI dashboards.

• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.

• Create deployment packages and migration instructions for test and production environments.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.

• Participate in business requirements gathering and solution analysis.

• Evaluate dashboard enhancement requests and provide feasibility assessments.

• Estimate development effort and implementation timelines.

• Support dashboard governance activities and technical reviews.

• Optimize ETL performance and data processing workflows.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective solutions.

• Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams.

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across reporting platforms.

• Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions.

• Experience participating in requirements gathering and technical solution design.
