Senior Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including coding, processing, and payments
• Oversee tuition reimbursement tracking and ensure compliance and accuracy
• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with financial reporting
• Support billing, receivables, and account inquiries as needed
Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:
• Experience managing full-cycle AP processes
• Experience with tuition reimbursement or benefits-related accounting
• Familiarity with Blackbaud or similar accounting system
• Strong month-end close and reconciliation experience
