SUMMARY
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant who will support both corporate and development accounting functions, with an emphasis on pre-development activities, transaction processing, reconciliations, cost tracking, compliance support, and financial documentation. The Position will report to the Controller & Assistant Controller of the Corporate Department.
The Position will be a primary contributor to the production of reports vital to management and their decision making. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage recurring daily and monthly responsibilities, and effective collaboration across Accounting, Development, Compliance, and external partners.
This is a salaried position that may require flexibility beyond a traditional workweek in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates adaptability, accountability, and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
