· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
· 3+ years of accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close knowledge.
· Experience with multiple entities preferred.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Tax preparation experience is a plus.
· Maintain general ledgers and perform reconciliations for multiple business entities.
· Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
· Prepare financial reports, reconcile intercompany transactions, and support audits.
· Assist leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and special projects.
· Coordinate with external accountants and help improve accounting processes.
· Provide accounting support for rental property operations.
