accuracy and completeness

Monitor daily cash positions across operating entities and flag liquidity risks proactively

gross profit, marketing performance, financing mix, and Adjusted EBITDA

Prepare regional and market-level P&L analyses across BRTGs operating markets to support

regional manager reviews

Coordinate with the Controller and external advisors on audit and lender diligence requests

Support the annual budgeting process, including collection and consolidation of inputs, model

build, and scenario analysis

Support M&A integration activities as BRTG continues to expand its acquisition pipeline

Assist with IT-related capitalization and expense classification decisions and EBITDA add-back

documentation

Contribute to process documentation and internal controls development as the company scales

Assist with ad hoc financial modeling and analysis and other duties as assigned by Controller or

CFO

Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with large data sets and building financial models

from scratch

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present financial information clearly to

non-finance stakeholders

Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
