This is a direct hire opportunity reporting to the Controller, offering strong visibility, consistent bonus potential, and the chance to make an immediate impact.This role is ideal for a hands-on "doer" who enjoys owning the details, supporting key financial processes, and working cross-functionally within the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-makingAssist with month-end and year-end close processesSupport the audit process , including working with external auditors and preparing footnotesRun and analyze reports within NetSuite (required)Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsPartner with leadership to improve processes and reporting efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar roleExperience supporting external audits and preparing financial statement footnotesStrong proficiency in NetSuite (required)CPA is not requiredDetail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approachWork EnvironmentPreference for 100% on-site , but flexibility may be considered for top candidatesCollaborative team environment with direct exposure to leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
