Senior Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis
• Support reporting and analytics to drive business insights
• Assist with costing analysis and project-related financial tracking
• Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with financial reporting, analytics, and/or costing would be a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
