    Description

    This role serves as a key interface between product engineering, test engineering, and design engineering. The focus is on customer system applications, design-in support, and development of technical collateral for both new and existing products.

    This role will drive system-level innovation, including defining architectures, evaluating advanced power solutions, and validating complete 48V DC/DC systems that meet next-generation performance, reliability, and customer requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and verify advanced solutions to meet latest requirements of 48V DC/DC application.
    • Maintain exited 48V solution of designing eval board, validation, continually improvement.
    • Provide referenced design to customers and provide technical support to customers.
    • Communicate with customers for design reviews, solution presentation, issue solving.
    • Write product datasheets with applications sections, application notes, internal and external presentations, and demo board user manuals, responsible for all text, graphs, and diagrams.
    • Perform and design Lab tests (using manual and automatic methods of measurement) to verify, characterize, and prevent future failures of analog/power management circuits using Lab benchtop equipment.
    • System validation with new controller, gate driver and power stage, etc.
    • Education: Bachelor''s or above in Power Electronics Engineering.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' hand-on experience in the 48V DC/DC power
    • Good understanding of basic topology, control loop theory, magnetic and application in power converters
    • Proficiency with SIMPLIS or similar circuit simulator in a switching regulator context
    • Proficiency with PCB CAD tools for both schematic and layout.
    • Excellent lab-based problem-solving skills. Ability to debug & dig out the root cause.
    • Have driven force in projects, results oriented
