      Senior Staff Coordinator

      SUMMARY: Small Business is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management, engineering, logistics, and operations support to Department of War customers. The Senior Staff Coordinator will work under the direction of the Company's Operations Manager. The Senior Staff Coordinator is responsible for providing corporate-level administrative and coordination support to Human Resources, Business Development, Contracts, and Security functional areas.

      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
      • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department (i.e. annual meetings, performance reviews, outlook business contacts, and weekly staff meetings) and multi-functional administrative support to various departments, including Senior Management.
      • Providing support in recruiting efforts through posting jobs in various job websites; maintaining and updating resumes (current employees and potential candidates); utilizing recruiting/sourcing tools through paid platforms, college databases, temp agencies, military employment assistance offices, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook); coordinating interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers; providing weekly status reports on all recruiting activities.
      • Providing support on proposal writing and business development; including: developing proposal compliance matrices and monitoring compliance; developing Technical Volume and Management Volume outlines using the RFP and PWS/SOW; coordination of recruiting, resumes, and letters of commitment for proposals; researching past performance citations; coordinating online files for proposals; coordinating prime and subcontractor input to proposals; and conducting research on various government websites to identify new opportunities.
      • Providing Quality Management System coordination to Senior Management to include monitoring, coordinating, tracking, and implementing Document Change processes; monitoring, coordinating, tracking, and implementing Nonconformity and Corrective Actions processes; and tracking and coordinating staff and employee inputs to Key Performance Indicators.
      • Coordinating and scheduling internal and external stakeholder participation in meetings, conference calls, and annual events; preparing and distributing meeting and event materials; attending meetings and recording minutes as requested.
      • Collecting of analytics and statistics regarding staffing requirements and providing updates to Program Managers.
      • Supporting special projects as needed.
      • Proving other support to corporate divisions as needed.

      LOCATION: This is a full-time, on-site position in Tampa, FL.
      QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND SKILLS
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Minimum of six (6) years' experience in an administrative support/coordination/ clerical role;
