Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Staff Organizational Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives within a complex global environment. This strategic individual contributor role will develop and execute change management strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, improve organizational readiness, and ensure successful adoption of business and technology transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, organizational readiness assessments, and change impact assessments.
  • Lead executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and sponsor alignment.
  • Create communication plans, training strategies, adoption metrics, and reinforcement plans.
  • Drive change governance, adoption tracking, and resistance management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, PMO, Communications, and Training to ensure successful change delivery.
  • Support executive leadership with change reporting, briefings, and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Communications, or Program Management.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology or business transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or CCMP.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience measuring organizational readiness, adoption, and change success.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and AI tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Claude, and Loop.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with enterprise technology implementations.
  • Background in customer success, professional services, or post-sales organizations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
