Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Senior Staff Radar System Architect/Radar Systems Engineer to join our Signature Systems & Diagnostics team. The position is nominally able to work at our sites in either Lovettsville, Virginia or Dayton, Ohio, but other locations can be considered. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast-paced elite team whose primary mission is to support our Nation's War Fighters. The candidate for this position shall be a self-starter who can work independently, unsupervised, and with little guidance. The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a world-class team consisting of talented and dedicated engineers, technicians, and professionals who work together to interrupt and challenge the status quo to design and develop state-of-the-art technologies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Senior Staff System Architect/Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership in the development of new radar capabilities, which will include the tailoring & modification of current systems as well as the development of next generation capabilities. This highly experienced individual will provide technical vision across the entire radar systems, including antenna & RF architectures, signal & data processing, link budgets, phenomenology & environmental effects, image / target synthesis & feature / target detection, displays, software architectures, data management, and both internal & external interfaces.
