About the role
The Senior Staff Test Engineer will be responsible for leading hardware development for our next generation DSP and SerDes products. This role ensures hardware is functional, reliable, and manufacturable by systematically identifying and preventing failures-and requires deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and cross-functional collaboration. The engineer will also play a key role in mentoring and upskilling teams across Product, CP/ATE/SLT, and Operations Engineering.
Base salary range is $160,000 - $220,000 a year. The base salary will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
