Job Title: Senior Staff Workplace Strategist

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
This position is responsible for creating, implementing, and sustaining workplace strategies, including design standards, and guidelines for Entergy's Real Estate portfolio. Additionally, this position will act as the Corporate Real Estate customer relationship representative for the corporate headquarters buildings and will lead a team of contractors to deliver facility management and capital project management services to several business units within the headquarter portfolio. This position will lead a team of contractors to provide solutions that produce meaningful change and promote innovation, collaboration, and well-being within the work environment.

Drive the development of strategic and tactical workplace design standards, training, review and approval of project development plans, and demand planning that align with Corporate Real Estate's overall business strategy to bring the vision into realization through:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education and experience required of the position:
Sr Staff: Bachelors Degree in a technical or business-related field and at least 10 years of experience in project management, corporate real estate or related field OR in lieu of degree, 14+ years of experience in project management, corporate real estate or related field
Desired: Masters Degree or BS in engineering, construction management, real estate, architecture, or similar technical degree preferred.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.
General knowledge of safety programs, including contractor safety, is required.
General knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. is desirable.
General knowledge of engineering, architectural, and construction principles
