All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.ResponsibilitiesPerform structural design and condition assessments for concrete, steel structures, and other structures.Develop complete construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.Lead project teams and coordinate with other disciplines.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.Conduct and review QA/QC for calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accuracy and code compliance.Plan workloads and manage structural task budgets and schedules.Maintain and build strong client relationships.Participate in all phases of design, including construction administration and bid phase services.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, including field work and client interaction.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe.Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and deliver quality results on time.Preferred QualificationsStructural Engineer (SE) license.NCEES registration and ability to obtain licensure in other states.RISA/RAM experience.QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience RequiredBachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry)Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.Proven experience in planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring engineering projects.Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to construction management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.Education And/or Work Experience PreferredMaster's DegreeCertificates, Licenses, And/or Registrations RequiredLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)Pre-employment drug screening and background check is a condition of employment.
