This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to lead complex projects and help develop the next generation of engineering talent.This role offers competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, employee ownership, retirement savings with company contribution, and additional employee programs.Overview Lead structural engineering projects from early concept through final completion, delivering high-quality designs across a range of project types and complexities.Drive construction administration activities including RFIs and shop drawing reviews with minimal oversight.Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and governing agencies to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and in compliance.Review project documentation and field conditions to confirm quality, code compliance, and alignment with design intent.Set the standard for documentation practices across the team, ensuring consistent and accurate deliverables.Mentor junior engineers by sharing technical knowledge, contributing to lessons learned, and supporting their professional growth.Requirements Bachelor's degree in EngineeringBackground in the design-build and AEC industry.Advanced knowledge of industry codes and standards.Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard engineering software tools.BAM Workforce Solutions is committed to full compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action laws and regulations.
