Senior Structural Engineer

Our recruitment firm has been engaged by a leading civil/structural engineering company in South Florida to identify an exceptional Structural Project Manager. If you're a PE‑licensed structural engineer with a passion for designing and delivering landmark buildings, this is your chance to lead some of the region's most exciting mid‑ to high‑rise projects. You'll join a respected employer known for its innovative engineering solutions and collaborative culture.What You'll DoManage structural engineering projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs meet drawings, specifications and local codes.Provide technical leadership to a small team of engineers and drafters, mentoring staff and managing resources.Lead the design and delivery of 20‑ to 45‑storey high‑rise and condominium projects, including post‑tensioned slab and column systems.Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors and liaise closely with clients and governing agencies in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market.Use your expertise in AutoCAD, ETABS, StudPro, RISA‑3D or similar FEA software to drive high‑quality project outcomes.What You Bring7+ years of structural engineering experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.Demonstrated experience with mid‑ to high‑rise structures and condo projects.Familiarity with local codes and experience working on‑site.Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, ETABS, StudPro, RISA‑3D or equivalent).Strong communication, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage contractors and schedules.What's on OfferSalary: $120K–$140K, commensurate with experience.Flexible work: Hybrid schedule (mix of office, site and remote work).Benefits: Comprehensive package including healthcare, dental, vision and paid time off.Career growth: Opportunity to step into a leadership role, manage a small, high‑performing team and advance within a larger company structure.Next StepsInterested in learning more?
