Key Responsibilities:
Lead structural design, analysis, and material selection for building and infrastructure projects
Mentor and review work of junior engineers to ensure accuracy, constructability, and code compliance
Prepare and coordinate structural construction documents using Revit/AutoCAD with multidisciplinary teams
Conduct site visits, assess construction progress, and resolve design and construction issues
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor"s degree in Structural Engineering (or related field) with 10+ years" experience, or associate"s degree with 15+ years
Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York State
Proficiency in Revit and industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with K-12 school projects and/or engineering/architectural consulting firms
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Advanced knowledge of structural codes, standards, and construction best practices
Strong communication skills and ability to manage client and team interactions effectively
Salary: $125,000+
