The multidisciplinary team, consisting of mechanical, civil, structural, instrumentation, and electrical engineers, works closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that drive industrial growth and innovation.

What You Need:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
10+ years as a Structural Engineer
PE license (Structural PE preferred but not required)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in structural analysis and documentation
Experience with concrete, foundation, and steel structure design
Knowledge of AISC standards & AWS codes
Ability to work with 3D modeling tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks)
Experience with STAAD Pro, TEKLA, or RAM (preferred)
What Your Role Will Look Like:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in both engineering design and project management. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure structural integrity and efficiency in industrial projects.
Project Leadership & Coordination: Lead structural design efforts and manage project deliverables. You will oversee coordination with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and civil) to ensure seamless integration.
Technical Expertise & Design: Perform structural analysis, review steel fabrication drawings, and design concrete, foundation, and steel structures in compliance with AISC standards and AWS codes.
Client & Vendor Interaction: Work directly with clients and vendors to understand project requirements, present structural solutions, and oversee implementation.
Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Guide junior engineers and designers, review their work, and ensure accuracy in construction documentation.
Field & Geotechnical Coordination: Collaborate with geotechnical engineers for foundation designs and oversee field conditions to support construction projects.
