Job Description
Responsibilities
Manages all student records for the College of Arts and Sciences and analyzes student success data for the college; monitors student progress towards graduation and designs/coordinates early interventions; develops and oversees student success and retention initiatives; manages graduation lists and oversees student success mapping; directs and develops CAS student cohorts, including pre-law, pre-health; tracks program and policy changes and updates colleagues; serves as resource to college faculty. Carries a significant advising load and resolves complex student issues.
Characteristic Duties
Monitors program requirement changes and communicates to appropriate individuals and groups; explains complex information to others
Shift
40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
MA and 5-7 years of experience in academic advising, coaching, or related field
Anticipated Hiring Range
$64,000-$69,000
