Description
Description
THE PURPOSE: The Senior Stylist sets the visual tone for everything True Religion photographs - from the daily flow of PDP product shots to editorial campaigns and seasonal launches. This role leads all styling initiatives across the studio, building complete looks for high-volume e-commerce photography while developing and presenting creative concepts for editorial and special projects. It takes equal parts operational discipline and creative vision: someone who can pre-style an entire double shoot day and walk into a leadership meeting to present a seasonal mood board with confidence.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
Pre-style all daily e-commerce product racks for PDP photography, building complete looks across all categories that are brand-consistent and production-ready before shoot days begin
Own and oversee PDP shot list decks, ensuring all garments are steamed, accessorized, and organized by shoot schedule
Execute on-set styling with real-time adjustments for fit, proportion, and garment presentation throughout the shoot day
Develop and present editorial styling concepts for seasonal campaigns, capsule launches, and special projects - including mood boards, wardrobe direction, and creative treatments for Creative Leadership review
Source accessories and styling elements that elevate visual storytelling and produce aspirational imagery
Lead wardrobe fittings and pre-production styling preparation to ensure alignment with campaign objectives before any shoot day begins
Maintain styling inventory, accessory organization, styling kits, and production documentation to ensure consistency across all productions
Mentor junior stylists and freelance styling assistants, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative creative team
Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Producers, Photographers, and Merchandising throughout every production
YOU ARE: A fashion-forward stylist with deep e-commerce range and genuine editorial fluency. You have a trained eye for fit, proportion, and trend - and the organizational discipline to pre-style a full shoot day before call time. You present confidently to leadership, mentor generously, and stay current on what's happening in fashion without losing sight of what makes True Religion's aesthetic distinctly its own.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
8+ years of professional styling experience in fashion e-commerce and editorial photography
Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated styling across both commercial PDP and editorial formats
Deep knowledge of current fashion trends, silhouettes, fit, and commercial styling techniques
Experience styling denim and lifestyle apparel
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions
Comfortable presenting styling concepts and creative direction to senior leadership
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and production workflow tools
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
High-volume e-commerce studio experience
Seasonal editorial concepting and campaign development
On-location production experience
Strong understanding of fashion photography, lighting, and visual storytelling
