• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required
• You must have at least 11 years of experience in substation engineering and project management
• Demonstrated success managing complex substation design projects and EPC programs is essential

• The annual salary ranges from $142,000 to $271,000 based on experience and location, plus a performance bonus, offering top-tier compensation

• Serve as the technical lead and project delivery owner for complex substation design projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations
