Non-Negotiables

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead and project delivery owner for complex substation design projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations
  • Oversee project resources, manage quality standards across all phases, and drive technical excellence
  • Coordinate closely with the assigned Project Manager to manage scope, schedule, and budget while controlling risks
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular engagement and transparent communication about progress and challenges
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve project milestones
  • Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, applying deep substation engineering knowledge
