Construction Superintendent
Our client is a nationally recognized construction management firm with a significant Midwest presence and a rapidly growing Ohio operation. The company delivers complex projects across healthcare, education, industrial, sports, and commercial markets while maintaining a collaborative culture focused on employee development, leadership growth, and long-term career success.
Lead field operations, project schedules, and labor management from groundbreaking through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Develop short-interval schedules and manage manpower planning and jobsite logistics. Drive safety, quality control, and project performance throughout construction activities. Mentor field staff while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and project teams. A successful Superintendent should have: 7+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction. Experience delivering K-12, healthcare, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or large commercial projects. Strong scheduling, field coordination, and subcontractor management capabilities. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop project teams. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required.
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + Bonus 15% annual bonus, 401(k), comprehensive benefits, and potential sign-on package. 3-4 weeks PTO, flexible work arrangements, and half-day Fridays. Clear promotion path with advancement opportunities into senior leadership roles.
