Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up and renovation projects ranging from approximately $10M-$50M+. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Manage site safety programs and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Conduct project planning meetings, scheduling updates, and progress reporting. Oversee project logistics, site organization, quality control, and punch-list completion. Maintain strong communication with project management teams, ownership groups, and clients. Mentor field staff and contribute to the development of future construction leaders. Drive successful project execution while maintaining budget, schedule, and client satisfaction goals.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Proven Superintendent experience with a reputable commercial general contractor. Experience managing public, healthcare, aviation, civic, educational, affordable housing, multifamily, or historic preservation projects. Ground-up and renovation project experience valued between $10M-$50M+. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities. Experience coordinating large subcontractor teams and multiple project stakeholders. Proficiency with Procore and modern construction management practices. Ability to support projects throughout Southern Massachusetts, including the South Shore and Cape Cod markets.
