Job Description

Senior Superintendent

Lead commercial construction projects from mobilisation through final completion. Take full ownership of field operations, quality, safety, scheduling, and project execution. Develop and drive project planning and scheduling strategies to ensure successful delivery. Review and interpret construction documents including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work. Build strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and internal project teams. Coordinate and manage daily jobsite activities using construction management tools such as Procore. Mentor and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff. Champion a culture of safety and accountability across all project activities. Serve as a trusted leader and problem-solver who helps improve processes and operational effectiveness. Support projects across a variety of commercial sectors including healthcare, hospitality, light industrial, higher education, and automotive.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have: 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and field execution. Ability to review, interpret, and communicate complex construction documents. Demonstrated leadership experience beyond day-to-day job responsibilities. Track record of mentoring and developing field personnel. Stable employment history with no pattern of frequent job changes. Experience building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore. Multifamily and residential-only experience will not be considered. Must have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
