Senior Superintendent - DSA Construction

Senior SuperintendentOur client is a rapidly growing and highly respected General Contractor specializing in DSA and LAUSD construction projects throughout Southern California. With a strong reputation for delivering complex educational and public-sector projects, they are committed to quality, safety, and long-term client partnerships.Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:Direct all field operations on large-scale public works and commercial construction projects.Develop and execute site logistics plans, sequencing strategies, and construction schedules.Lead subcontractors, foremen, and field staff to achieve project objectives.Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delays or conflicts.Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and jobsite performance.Conduct daily site walks and coordinate inspections with local agencies.Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality-control procedures.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, design consultants, owners, and stakeholders.Manage project turnover, punch-list completion, and closeout activities.Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
