Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on DSA and LAUSD construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for jobsite safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall field execution.

Description
Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Direct all field operations on large-scale public works and commercial construction projects.
- Develop and execute site logistics plans, sequencing strategies, and construction schedules.
- Lead subcontractors, foremen, and field staff to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delays or conflicts.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and jobsite performance.
- Conduct daily site walks and coordinate inspections with local agencies.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality-control procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, design consultants, owners, and stakeholders.
- Manage project turnover, punch-list completion, and closeout activities.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders.
Profile
The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:
- 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven success leading $10M-$100M+ ground-up projects.
- Experience managing complex public works, civic, educational, or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
- Thorough understanding of OSHA standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage large, fast-paced projects.
