Join us. **Job Description** AECOM Hunt is seeking a senior field leader (Senior Superintendent) to deliver complex exterior scopes for a major construction project in Nashville, TN. Job Duties: + Champion zero‑incident culture. + Oversee exterior trades; sequence workfaces; manage access plans, temporary works, laydown, and material flow for just‑in‑time delivery. + Build and maintain look‑ahead and weekly work plans aligned to the master schedule; drive constraint removal and recovery plans. + Assist in quality control for envelope assemblies + Assist/RFI/submittal cycles for exteriors. + Validate quantities, monitor production, support change orders, and verify percent complete for pay apps; manage allowances and alternates for envelope scopes. + Coordinate with structural steel, precast, bowl seating, canopies, scoreboards, and site/civil utilities at envelope penetrations; align with operations, security, and event calendars. + Monitor and manage subcontracted labor. + Drive accountability with trade partners through daily huddles and visual management. **About Construction Management** – **AECOM Hunt** Founded in 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana, AECOM Hunt has been building for over 70 years. From iconic stadiums and arenas, next-gen transportation hubs and sustainable healthcare and academic buildings, AECOM Hunt’s expertise, leadership and dedication are unparalleled. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BS Engineering/Construction Management and 8 years of Superintendent experience, or AA/AS and 10 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience as a Superintendent from a large general contractor. + Experience with exterior envelope or structural interfaces on large, complex projects (e.g., stadiums/arenas, airports, rail hubs, hospitals, or comparable). + Proven delivery of a major project exterior scopes (>$50M envelope value or comparable complexity). + Expertise in crane/hoisting plans, elevated work platforms, and high‑risk operations. + Strong planning skills, productivity tracking, and recovery scheduling. + Track record of leading trade partners. + OSHA 30. + Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills. + Stadium/arena exteriors experience (bowl precast interfaces, canopy/roof structures, long‑span steel, complex geometry). + Proficiency with CMIC, Procore, P6, MS Project, BIM 360/ACC or other construction related software. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). **Physical Demands:** + The following physical demands represent those typically required of individuals working in construction field roles, with or without accommodation. Construction field positions require physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to climb ladders and stairs, use personnel hoists, and move through various terrain and active construction zones. Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Team members must be capable of using their hands to handle tools and materials, and perform activities such as sitting, standing, walking, speaking, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted may be necessary on an occasional basis. **Work Environment:** + Individuals in construction field roles work primarily on active job sites where exposure to environmental and job-related hazards is common, with or without accommodation. These environments may include proximity to heavy machinery, elevated work areas, airborne particles, varying weather conditions, and potential electrical risks. Noise levels may vary from moderate to high depending on the phase of construction. Employees may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and must remain alert to ensure safety.
