The Senior Superintendent will oversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring successful project completion by managing on-site activities, coordinating with teams, and maintaining quality standards. This role is based in Gainesville and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
- Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee material procurement and delivery to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
- Resolve on-site issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

Profile
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
- Experience with ground-up construction projects, including residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
