Our client is a leading Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher-Education builder based in Southern California. They currently have a large hospital project in the Valley and our looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead the project on site.

Description
- 100% on site supervision - will be working out of the trailer at the project
- Lead the field and establish the standard of performance, and accountability
- Create and manage schedule, safety, quality and production
- Lead coordination meetings and resolve conflicts
- Anticipate project risks and find solutions
- Maintain safe work environment
- Delivery projects at a high standard of quality
Profile
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience
- Strong OSHPD/HCAI experience is required
- Hospital/healthcare construction project background
- Software experience: Procor, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Microsoft Office
- Bachelor of Construction Management preferred, not required
Job Offer
- Base salary of $160k - $220k, depending on experience
- $650/month vehicle allowance
