The Senior Superintendent role is critical to successfully delivering projects across sectors like healthcare, education, and life sciences. The Senior Superintendent will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, while the Senior Superintendent also contributes to maintaining the firm's strong reputation for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.The Senior Superintendent - High-Profile DC/NOVA Builds will be responsible for:Overseeing day-to-day field operations as a Senior Superintendent on projects in DC and Northern VirginiaCoordinating subcontractors, schedules, and on-site logistics to ensure timely deliveryMaintaining high standards for safety, quality, and compliance across all job sitesCollaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clientsLeading project execution for renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up constructionEnsuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and project specificationsActing as the primary on-site leader, driving performance and accountability as a Senior SuperintendentMentoring and guiding field staff while reinforcing best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
