Join Growing GC With An Exciting High Rise Residential Project

This general contractor, local to Miami-Dade, FL and working throughout South FL, has been building in the commercial and residential space for over 20 years now. They have an exciting project that they are seeking a strong Senior Superintendent for. They'll need to have strong experience in the luxury residential sector and have built ground up high rises.

Job Description

Lead all onsite construction activities for high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are achieved. Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Monitor project quality and oversee all inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Collaborate closely with project management teams, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives. Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and daily site planning activities.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a lead superintendent role. Proven experience delivering high-rise construction projects valued at $100M+. Strong understanding of concrete structures, vertical construction, building envelope systems, MEP coordination, and finishes. Experience managing projects from sitework through turnover. Demonstrated ability to drive schedules and lead large subcontractor teams. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
