Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout as the primary field leader
Drive rigorous safety culture, enforce compliance, and conduct ongoing site audits
Own project scheduling, sequencing, and on-time execution across all phases
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field operations
Maintain high standards of quality control and constructability
Serve as the primary client-facing field representative, building trust with owners and stakeholders
Mentor and develop younger superintendents, assistant supers, and field staff
Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation using modern construction technology
Represent the organization professionally on every jobsite and foster strong trade-partner relationships

Qualifications:

Substantial experience as a Superintendent leading commercial projects from start to finish
Proven background on K-12, higher education, healthcare, municipal/public sector, and complex renovation projects
Exceptional strength in safety leadership, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and client communication
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members while holding people accountable
Preferred proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, RFI/submittal workflows, and modern construction technology
A builder who leads by example, values relationships, and seeks a long-term career rather than a short-term role
