Senior Superintendent - Industrial & Data Center Construction

Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Senior Superintendent will manage project delivery from mobilization through completion. Lead all field operations for complex projects, manage project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity, direct multiple subcontractors and field teams, mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, drive issue resolution and operational excellence, ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

For the Senior Superintendent - Industrial & Data Center Construction we are seeking: Extensive experience managing large industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or data center projects, demonstrated success on projects exceeding $50M+, strong leadership and team development experience, expertise in scheduling, safety, and quality management, excellent client-facing communication skills, ability to travel regionally when required.
Up to $150,000 base salary, company vehicle and fuel benefit, overtime eligibility, ESOP participation, 15% travel premium, executive-level career progression opportunities.
