Job Description
Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout.
Develop, maintain, and drive the master project schedule in coordination with project management teams and trade partners.
Manage site safety programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and owners.
Lead pull-planning and scheduling efforts to maintain project milestones.
Identify and resolve field challenges while minimizing project impacts.
Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients and project teams in a CMAR environment.
Mentor field staff and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
10+ years of commercial construction experience with increasing field leadership responsibility.
Proven experience serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on projects ranging from $700K to $35M.
Strong background in K-12, municipal, healthcare, and higher education construction.
Experience with CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and update master construction schedules.
Expertise in site logistics, safety management, and quality control.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software
