Senior Superintendent
Our client is a well-established, employee-owned General Contractor with a strong presence throughout Southern California. Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors
- Drive project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
- Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance
- Lead weekly jobsite meetings and daily field coordination efforts
- Monitor productivity, site logistics, and quality control
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to resolve field challenges
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements

The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Experience delivering ground-up commercial, public works, educational, or municipal projects
- Proven success managing projects valued between $10M and $100M+
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and construction sequencing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
- OSHA certification preferred
We are offering this role:
- Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
