Requirements
roject Manager - Healthcare Projects up to $15M - Manchester, NH will be responsible for:
managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
overseeing an Assistant Project Manager
coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
acting as the main point of contact for the client
