Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to address challenges.
- Track and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage material deliveries and equipment to maintain workflow.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant
- Senior Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects
- Multifamily experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing wood-frame multifamily projects
- Ability to independently lead projects valued at $20M+
- Strong scheduling, safety, and quality control knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Stable work history with strong tenure preferred
- Willingness to travel for future projects if required
