Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all job sites. Conduct regular site inspections to address any potential issues proactively. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing project updates as needed. Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams for optimal performance. Proven experience delivering Type III, Type V-over-I, or podium-style multifamily developments. Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and building systems. Ability to lead large teams and maintain positive subcontractor relationships. Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred.
