Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong safety-first culture
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and costs
- Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment on deliverables

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination
- Ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
