Senior Superintendent
The Senior Superintendent will report to senior field and operations leadership and will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong scheduling capabilities and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects valued at $80M+.
- Manage projects from groundbreaking through turnover and closeout.
- Develop, maintain, and drive master project schedules and look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve construction, scheduling, and operational challenges.
- Maintain strong communication with project teams, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders.

For the Senior Superintendent role we are seeking:
- Proven experience as the Lead Superintendent on large multifamily construction projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing projects valued at approximately $80M or greater.
- Strong scheduling expertise with ownership of project schedules.
- Experience with Primavera P6 preferred; exposure to modern scheduling platforms highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with master scheduling and look-ahead planning.
- Stable career history with long-term tenure at previous employers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relocate to or work within the Denver metro market if required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
