Senior Superintendent - Multifamily

Senior SuperintendentThe Senior Superintendent will report to senior field and operations leadership and will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong scheduling capabilities and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects valued at $80M+.Manage projects from groundbreaking through turnover and closeout.Develop, maintain, and drive master project schedules and look-ahead schedules.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.Proactively identify and resolve construction, scheduling, and operational challenges.Maintain strong communication with project teams, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
