Conduct regular site walks and inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and workmanship standards. Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation to track progress and support project execution.The Successful Applicant20+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a strong focus on ground-up projects. Extensive experience building wood-frame / garden-style apartment communities (required). Proven ability to lead large-scale projects as the lead superintendent, with full ownership of site operations. Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor management, jobsite safety, and QC/QA processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to run teams, hold subcontractors accountable, and drive performance. Hard-nosed, hands-on builder mentality with the ability to operate independently and make critical field decisions. Strong communication skills with experience working alongside ownership and senior leadership.
