Senior Superintendent

Our client is a well-established and highly respected real estate developer and general contractor with a strong presence across high-growth Sun Belt markets. Job Description

Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Manage on-site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and ensure project success. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and progress. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with multifamily construction projects, including ground-up builds.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
