Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring safe, high-quality execution from groundbreaking through completion. The Senior Superintendent will oversee site teams, subcontractors, project schedules, and quality control efforts while driving projects to completion on time and within budget.

Description

  • Manage daily on-site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality.
  • Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with regulations.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
  • Oversee inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports of project activities.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial construction projects. Experience overseeing projects valued at $20M+. First Aid/CPR and OSHA certifications. Strong background in quality assurance and punch-list management. Ability to lead multiple field teams through fast-paced project schedules
