Job TitleSenior SuperintendentAbout Our ClientA national builder and developer located in Salt Lake City, UT. They specialize in sports, renewable energy, data centers, and healthcare markets. Portfolio consists of projects up to $50M, and they have a strong pipeline going in to 2030. With the growth of their local pipeline, they are looking to build their field team. As their office expands, there is much room for professional growth and upward mobility.Job DescriptionLead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and maintain timelines. Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress. Oversee site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
